Cílem této práce je analyzovat využití průmyslových objektů v Liberci a Ústí nad Labem a s provozovateli objektů, v nichž je provozována aktivita odpovídající parametrům kreativní ekonomiky nebo rekreační podnikatelská činnost (sport, restaurace), provést výzkumný rozhovor s cílem odhalit obecné tendence, které k takovým revitalizacím průmyslových objektů vedou. The aim of this work is to analyse the use of industrial buildings in Liberec and Ústí nad Labem and conduct a research interview with the operators of the buildings in which there is an activity corresponding to the parameters of creative economy or recreational business (sports, restaurants), in order to reveal general tendencies which lead to the revitalizations of the industrial buildings.
