Climate of staff in Kindergartens

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou klimatu učitelských sborů v mateřských školách. Jejím cílem je analyzovat problematiku interpersonální komunikace a pracovního klimatu a zmapovat klima učitelských sborů ve vybraných mateřských školách ve Zlínském kraji. Jedná se o empirickou práci. V teoretické části jsou představena terminologická východiska klimatu učitelského sboru. V centru autorčiny pozornosti jsou specifika učitelského sboru mateřské školy. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je představení principů a strategií komunikace v učitelském sboru. Výzkumná část práce je věnovaná výzkumu a jeho interpretaci. Ke zjištění výzkumu patří, že ředitelé mateřských škol jsou nejvýraznější činitelé ovlivňující fungování mateřské školy. K dalším zjištěním patří, že stabilitu učitelských sborů nejvíce narušuje komunikace mezi členy učitelského sboru.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the climate of staff in kindergartens. Its aim is to analyze the issues of interpersonal communication and working climate and chart the climate of staff in selected kindergartens in the Zlín Region. It is an empirical work. The theoretical part presents the terminological basis of the climate of the staff in kindergartens. In the center of author's attention are also the specifics of the staff in kindergartens. An integral part of the theoretical part is the introduction of principles and strategies of communication in the staff in kindergartens. The findings of the research include that the headmasters of kindergartens are the most significant factors influencing the functioning of kindergarten. Other findings include the fact that the stability of staff in kindergartens most disturbs communication between the members of staff in kindergarten.
