Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling likvidity a cash flow. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola vymezuje pojem "controlling", zahrnuje funkce a cíle controllingu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje informace o řízení cash flow a likvidity. This diploma thesis is focused on controlling of liquidity and cash flow. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first chapter defines the term "controlling", obtains functions and targets of controlling. The second chapter obtains information about cash flow and liquidity management.
