Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo popsat cloud computing a jeho bezpečnost ze strany poskytovatele a ze strany jeho uživatele. Dále popsat z čeho cloud computing vychází, z čeho se skládá a co nabízí, zjednodušeně vysvětlit jak funguje technicky, jakým problémům dnes čelí a kam si myslím, že bude dále směřovat. V praktické části, jsem se rozhodl otestovat několik klientských aplikací pro synchronizaci a zálohování dat do prostředí cloudu. Nabídka podobných služeb se dnes velmi rychle mění a srovnání parametrů cena/výkon, nebo cena/kapacita je prakticky nemožné. V průběhu psaní mé práce, jsem musel několikrát aktualizovat vlastností nabízených služeb. Proto jsem se zaměřil jen na základní vlastnosti klientů, jednoduchost obsluhy, přívětivost a přehlednost. Dále jsem testoval, jestli je komunikace mezi klientem a cloudovým úložištěm nějakým způsobem zabezpečená, šifrovaná a podle IP adresy jsem následně dohledal zemi, ve které se cloudové úložiště nachází.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor’s thesis was to describe the cloud computing and its security from the side of the provider and the user. Furthermore, I tried to describe what the cloud computing comes from, what does it consist of and what does it offer. Simplifiedly I wanted to explain how the cloud computing works technically, what problems and difficulties it faces and finally where the cloud computing will lead to. In the practical part I decided to test a few clients applications for synchronization and data back up in the cloud computing setting. The offer of such services varies quickly at present and the comparison of parameters price / performance or price / capacity is almost practically impossible. During the writing of my thesis I had to bring up to date attributes of offered services. Therefore I aimed to the basic client’s attributes, simplicity of operation, friendly interface and good arrangement. Furthermore I tested if the communication between client and the cloud dump is in some way secure, in code and sequentially by the IP address I found the country, where the cloud dump is located.
