Effect of chemotherapeutic agents on prostate line cells
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce ověřila účinky běžně užívaných cytostatik (cisplatiny, 5 ̶Fluorouracilu a dacarbazinu) na normální a nádorové prostatické linie PNT1A, 22RV1 a PC3. Pro každou buněčnou linii a cytostatikum byly stanoveny hodnoty IC50 pomocí MTT testu. Abstract:
This work verified the effects of commonly used chemotherapeutic agents (cisplatin, 5-Fluorouracil and dacarbazine) on normal and tumour prostate cell lines (PNT1A, PC3 and 22RV1). IC50 values were determined for all cell lines using the MTT method.
