Abstract:
Cílem práce je rozbor možností založení společnosti s ručením omezeným včetně reflexe na právní, daňová a účetní pravidla. Popisuje způsob vkladu a navýšení základního kapitálu.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to present the possible ways of founding a Limited Liability Company and to outline the legal, tax and accounting rules. The thesis describes a method of deposit and increase of basic capital.
