Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsme se zabývali růstem a regenerací jaterního parenchymu. Jejím cílem bylo nejprve seznámit se s anatomií a funkcí jaterního parenchymu. Představit známé principy jaterního růstu a regenerace. Dále bylo úkolem práce seznámit se s teorií porézních prostředí a její aplikací v termodynamických a biomechanických úlohách. V práci byl sestaven a následně diskutován model popisující růst a regeneraci jaterního parenchymu, který byl sestaven právě pomocí teorie porézních prostředí. V závěru práce byl navržen postup numerického řešení této úlohy.

Abstract:

In this bachelor's thesis, a growth and regeneration of liver tissue was presented and discussed. The main purpose of this work was to, firstly, gather information about anatomy and main functions of liver, secondly, gather information about theory of porous media a it's application in thermodynamic's and biomechanic's problems. An existing model, based on theory of porous media, simulating growth and regeneration of liver tissue was introduced and discussed. Last but not least a numeric solution to this model was proposed based on method of lines.
