Anotácia:

Práce analyzuje účetní a daňovou problematiku neziskových organizací v České republice. Cílem je vyhodnocení postavení neziskových organizací a jejich financování v prostředí tržní ekonomiky. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě znalostí současné právní legislativy pro neziskové organizace a finanční kontrolu. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření Jihomoravského dětského centra specializované péče, příspěvkové organizace, která je nestátním zařízení zřizovaným Jihomoravským krajem.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses the issue of accountancy and taxatio of non-profit organizations in the Czech republic. The aim of the thesis is the screening and evaluatin of the non-profit organization′s position and the financing of them in the market-economy environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the explanation of current legal regulations for non-profit organizations and financial audit. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the economy of South Moravian child care centers specializing, a non-profit organization established by the South-Moravian regional authority.
