Tato práce pojednává o věcných právech k věci cizí v souvislosti s exekučním řízením. Jsou zde řešeny instituty věcných břemen, práva zástavního a zadržovacího, ve vztahu k výkonu rozhodnutí. This dissertation deals with the property of another in connection with the execution proceedings. There are solved Institutes of easements, rights of lien and retention in relation to enforcement.
