Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje základní informace o nízkosacharidové stravě a jejím vlivu na lidské zdraví. Popisuje tuto stravu jako alternativní léčbu mnoha chorob. Zaměřuje se na problematiku nedostatečného příjmu pro tělo důležitých živin. Závěr práce poukazuje na výhody a nevýhody tohoto typu stravování.Abstract:
Bachelor thesis contains basic information about the low-carbohydrate diet and its impact on human's health. It describes this type of diet as an alternative treatment for many diseases. It focused on the issue of inadequate intake of nutritions, which are important for the body. The conclusion of the thesis pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of this type of feeding.
