Development of agro-tourism operations focused on the use of animals in the Moravian-Silesian Region

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je rozvoj agroturistických provozů v Moravskoslezském kraji se zaměřením na využití jednotlivých druhů hospodářských zvířat v agroturistice. Práce se zabývá současným stavem agroturistických provozů v dané lokalitě a nabídkami jejich služeb. Pro bakalářskou práci je vybráno pět provozů z dané oblasti, které nabízejí služby v oblasti agroturistiky a chovají různé druhy a plemena hospodářských zvířat. V první části je zpracována charakteristika regionu, kde se dané provozy nacházejí. Následuje stručná charakteristika jednotlivých druhů a plemen hospodářských zvířat, která jsou na farmách chována včetně celkové SWOT analýzy chovu zvířat z pohledu agroturistiky a shrnutí výhod a nevýhod chovů jednotlivých druhů hospodářských zvířat. V závěru práce se pak nachází stručná charakteristika jednotlivých agroturistických provozů v dané lokalitě včetně SWOT analýz vybraných podniků.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the development of agrotourism operations in the Moravian-Silesian Region with a focus on the use of individual types of livestock in agrotourism. The thesis deals with the current state of agrotourism operations in the given locality and their service offers. For the bachelor's thesis five establishments from the given area are selected. The individual establishments offer agrotourism services and breed different types and breeds of livestock. In the first part, the characteristics of the region where the enterprises are located are presented. This is followed by a brief characterisation of the different species and breeds of livestock kept on the farms, including an overall SWOT analysis of livestock farming from the perspective of agrotourism and a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of keeping each type of livestock. The paper concludes with a brief description of the individual agrotourism operations in the area, including SWOT analyses of the enterprises.
