Greece and Enotourism

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou enoturismu v oblasti Řecka. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují a motivují české turisty při výběru destinace Řecko pro vinařskou turistiku. Dalším cílem je zjistit míru informovanosti o vinařské turistice a zvýšit povědomí o ni, prozkoumat míru zájmu o tuto formu cestovního ruchu a turistický balíček. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o historii enoturistiky na regionální i celosvětové úrovni, o samotné enoturistice a jejím fungování, o účastnících enoturismu (nabídkové a poptávkové straně), o globalizaci, regionálnímu rozvoji a inovacích zaváděných vinařskými podniky. Na základě probíraných témat v teoretické části byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky z něj vyplývající jsou zaznamenány v části analytické, která se nejdříve zabývá vyhodnocením všech otázek a jejich odpovědí bez jakéhokoliv dělení a dále výsledky statisticky významných otázek, jejichž odpovědi vykazují značné rozdíly. V návrhové části je vytvořen koncept turistického balíčku pro české turisty v Řecku. Turistický balíček je sestaven pomocí marketingového mixu 4P (produkt, cena, distribuce, propagace) na základě preferencí účastníků dotazníkového šetření, které byly uvedeny v odpovědích tohoto šetření. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno několik faktorů ovlivňujících české turisty při výběru destinace Řecko – zvědavost a chuť poznat nové věci a místa, ochutnání netradičních vín, zájem o poznání výroby vín v Řecku, zájem o místní kulturu, přírodu, památky a gastronomii, přítomnost moře, příjemné klima, odpočinek. Dále z dotazníku vyplynula četná neznalost pojmu enoturismus, nepříliš vysoká účast na tomto druhu cestovního ruchu, zájem o navštívení vinařských cest a zájem o vytvoření enoturistického balíčku pro české turisty.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis involves with the problematics of enotourism in the greek regions. The main objective of the thesis is to find out which factors affect and motivate Czech tourists to choose a destination of Greece for enotourism. Another objective is to find out the extent of knowledge and increase awareness about this form of tourism, to explore the level of interest about enotourism and tourism package. In the theoretical part there is the summary of information about the history of enotourism on a regional and worldwide basis, about enotourism itself and its functioning, the participants of enotourism (supply and demand side), about globalization, regional development and innovations put into place by wine businesses. On the basis of the topics discussed in the theoretical part, quantitative analysis was done by the help of questionnaire survey. The results of the survey are recorded in the analytical part, which first deals with the evaluation of all questions and their answers without any division and then the results of statistically significant questions. In the design section there is a concept of a tourist package for Czech tourists in Greece. The tourist package is constructed using the 4P marketing mix (product, price, distribution, promotion) based on the preferences of the participants of the questionnaire survey, which were indicated in the answers of this survey. Thanks to the questionnaires there was found a number of factors that affect Czech tourists to choose destination of Greece – interest and passion for exploring new things and places, tasting untraditional wine, interest in the making of wine in Greece, interest in the local culture, nature, landmarks and gastronomy, presence of the sea, comfortable climate and relax. Further noticed from questionnaire, people are not aware of the term enotourism, not to high participation in this kind of tourism, interest in visiting the wine routes and in creating an enotourism package for Czech tourist.
