Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce vyobrazuje výrobu reálné zakázky firmy Kern-Liebers s.r.o. Cílem této práce je seznámit se s technologií tváření – nerozebíratelným spojením, vytvořit návrh výroby prototypu dle požadavků výkresové dokumentace, provést pevnostní výpočty, optimalizovat konstrukční parametry. This bachelor’s thesis displays the production of a real contract of the company Kern-Liebers Ltd. The aim of this work is to provide an insight into the technology of forming - by permanent joining, to create a manufacture prototype proposal according to the requirements of drawings, to realize strengths calculations, to optimize design parameters.
