Evaluation of the state of health and vitality of trees in the locality of The Fruit Orchard of Velké Pavlovice and proposing measures for their support.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování zdravotního stavu, vitality a provozní bezpečnosti v ovocném sadu ve Velkých Pavlovicích. V meruňkovém sadu byl proveden dendrologický průzkum a zaznamenáván výskyt organismů. Také byla zaznamenávána na dřeviny vázaná entomofauna se zaměřením na druhy s intenzivním defoliačním potenciálem. Byly provedeny experimenty zkoumající metodu mikroinjektáže a insekticidních látek proti druhu Lymantria dispar. Byla zkoumána spotřeba potravy, účinnost, rychlost působení látky a mortalita housenek. Na základě výsledků byla navržena a arboristická péče u všech 20 dřevin lokality se zaměřením na udržení na stanovišti či zvýšení perspektivy. U vybraných dřevin byla navržena a provedena individuální ochrana stromů a vypočtena jejich ekonomická náročnost. Výsledky práce potvrdily prospěšnost injektáže stromů jako nového směru ochrany proti L. dispar.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis is focused on monitoring of tree health, vitality and operational safety in the fruit orchard in Velké Pavlovice. A dendrological survey was carried out in the apricot orchard and the occurrence of organisms was recorded. Entomofauna bound to woody plants were also recorded with a focus on species with an intense defoliation potential. Experiments were conducted examining the method of micro-injection and insecticidal agents against the species Lymantria dispar. Food consumption, efficacy, rate of action of the substance and mortality of caterpillars were investigated. Based on the results, arboristic care was proposed for all 20 trees of the site with a focus on maintaining at the site or increasing their suitability for preservation. For selected trees, individual protection of trees was designed and carried out and their economic demands calculated. The results of the work confirmed the benefit of tree injection as a new direction of protection against L. dispar.
