Employment as a basic labour - law relationship
Abstract:
Tato práce řeší právní úpravu pracovněprávních vztahů, účastníky těchto vztahů, jejich práva a povinnosti. Seznamuje s podmínkami a možnostmi při stanovení platu pro zaměstnance mateřské školy, a to jak z pohledu zaměstnance, tak z pohledu zaměstnavatele.
Abstract:
This thesis covers the topic of labour-law relationships and their participants, including their rights and responsibilities. It describes conditions and possibilities for wage calculation of employees of kindergartens, from both employee and employer point of view.
