Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na klíčové kroky ve výrobním procesu fekálního mikrobiálního transplantátu (FMT) – minimálně manipulované stolice dárce. The thesis focuses on the key steps in the manufacturing process of faecal microbial transplant (FMT) - minimally manipulated donor stool. The theoretical part is devoted to overview on faecal microbial transplant in general, its clinical indication – the treatment of recurrent Clostridioides difficile infections, in addition, there is an overview of clinical trials, including the ongoing ones.
