Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá úpadkem největší jihokorejské námořní společnosti Hanjin Shipping. Cílem této práce je identifikovat interní a externí faktory, které ovlivnily finanční situaci společnosti a přispěly k jejímu úpadku. Práce také zkoumá důsledky a dopady krachu na korejskou ekonomiku, klienty společnosti a další účastníky globálního námořního průmyslu.

The thesis deals with the bankruptcy of the largest Korean shipping company Hanjin Shipping. The purpose of this work is to identify the external and internal factors, which affected the company’s situation and contributed to its bankruptcy.
