Tato diplomová práce pojednává o ústavním systému římské republiky. Účelem je prozkoumat její uspořádání a popsat teorii dělby moci na základě rozboru jednotlivých institutů římské ústavy. A zároveň posoudit vliv řecké filosofie a Polybiovy teorie smíšené ústavy na dílo M. T. This Diploma Thesis deals with the constitutional system of the Roman Republic. The purpose is to examine the layout of the Roman Republic and to describe the theory of division of power based on the analysis of particular institutes of the Roman constitution.
