Práce obsahuje jako východiska vývojové etapy pojištění,které jsou chronologicky popsány. Problematika pojistného podvodu je analyzována tak, že obsahuje zachycení pojistného podvodu v trestním zákoníku, formy páchání trestného činu u jednotlivých druhů pojištění, typickou charakteristiku pachatele a postupy šetření ze strany policie. The work includes insurance progress phases as a resource, which is described in a chronological order. The issue of an insurance fraud is analyzed so, that it contains a description of the fraud in the Penal Code, forms of committing a crime in separate insurance branches, typical characteristic of an offender and a process of police investigation.
