Předmětem této bakalářské práce je přeměna právní formy podnikání z fyzické osoby na právnickou osobu, konkrétně na společnost s ručením omezeným. The subject of this bachelor thesis is transformation of the legal form of business from a natural person to a legal entity, specifically to a limited liability company. In the theoretical part, both legal forms are characterized, including accounting and tax obligations and then they are compared.
