Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zneužívání práva v insolvenčním řízení. První kapitola zahrnuje obecný úvod do tématu. Následuje analýza fenoménu šikanózních insolvenčních návrhů spolu s možnostmi, jak se jim lze bránit de lege lata a de lege ferenda. Poslední kapitola se zaobírá dalšími způsoby zneužívání práva v insolvenčním řízení.
Abstract:
The thesis called Chicanery Insolvency Petition and other Abuse of Law in Insolvency Proceedings deals with abuse of law in insolvency proceedings, especially chicanery insolvency petitions. It describes the phenomenon of chicanery insolvency petitions and also introduces possibilities how to face them nowadays and in the future.
