Abstract:
Práce pojednává o návrhu a realizaci stavby pasivního domu. V teoretické části nastiňuje možnosti výběru jednotlivých postupů a technologií, ale i úskalí, kterým může investor i stavitel v průběhu celého procesu čelit. V praktické části dokumentuje aplikaci výše uvedené teorie na skutečné stavbě konkrétního pasivního domu, včetně jednotlivých rozhodnutí a důvodům, které k nim vedly. Při rozhodování …more

This thesis discusses design and implementation of a passive house. Its theoretical part shows processes and technologies with various options, and mentions many pitfalls and troubles that both investor and the constructor will potentially face.
