Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje základní úvod do orgánů společnosti s ručením omezeným, včetně vymezení postavení společníka ve společnosti. Stěžejní část práce se věnuje samotnému založení společnosti s ručením omezeným, přičemž náležitosti zakladatelského právního jednání rozděluje dle obligatornosti na absolutně obligatorní, relativně obligatorní a fakultativní.

The bachelor's thesis contains a basic introduction to the structure of a limited liability company, including the definition of the position of a partner in the company.
