Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá syntézou a vlastnostmi sedmi chirálních (1R,2R)-1,2-bis(1-subst.- -1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)ethan-1,2-diolů. Na základě provedené retrosyntetické analýzy byly navrženy a úspěšně experimentálně ověřeny možné postupy přípravy cílových sloučenin. Identita a čistota syntetizovaných cílových sloučenin byla ověřena standardními postupy, a to plynovou chromatografií s hmotnostní detekcí, MALDI MS spektry, elementární analýzou, spektry 1H-NMR a 13C-NMR, spektry FT-IR a některé deriváty byly strukturně určeny krystalovou strukturní analýzou. Změřeny byly i specifické optické otáčivosti a teploty tání. U všech cílových sloučenin byly určeny konstanty stability s měďnatým iontem.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the synthesis and properties of seven chiral (1R,2R)-1,2-bis- -(1-subst.-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)ethane-1,2-diols. Based upon the results of the performed retrosynthetic analysis, possible methods of preparation of target compounds were proposed and successfully verified by experiments. The structure and purity of all synthesized target compounds were confirmed using standard methods such as GC/MS, HR-MALDI-MS spectra, elemental analysis, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR and IR spectra. Molecular structure of four derivatives was also confirmed by X-ray analysis. Optical rotations and melting points were measured as well. Stability constants with copper(II) ions were determined for all target compounds.
