Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme matematickým modelům systémové biologie. Nejdříve rozebíráme modelovací přístup založený na síťových motivech, přičemž jednodušší síťové motivy popisujeme detailněji. Následně se věnujeme modelování založenému na znalosti vnitřní struktury modelovaného systému, konkrétně analyzujeme tři modely systémové biologie - model regulace buněčného cyklu, model interakce transkripčních …more

In this thesis we study mathematical models of systems biology. At first we deal with the modeling approach based on network motifs and we describe some of the simpler motifs in detail.
