Abstract:
Protein p53 hraje klíčovou roli jako terapeutický cíl při výskytech rakoviny. Jakožto nádorový supresor má za úkol chránit buňku před poškozením a kontrolovat její buněčný cyklus. Mutované formy proteinu se stále častěji objevují u pacientů s rakovinou. Velká pozornost se stáčí na vazbu proteinu k DNA a její strukturu, jelikož nejčastěji vazebná doména proteinu je mutovaná. Abstract:
Protein p53 plays a key role as a therapeutic target in cancer incidence. Its role as a tumor suppressor is cell protection and it also controls its cell cycle. Mutated forms of this protein are more and more present in patients with cancer.
