Abstrakt Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na problematiku spolupráce ve firmách a organizacích. V teoretické části je popsáno rozdělení týmů a skupin v organizaci a jejich složení z jednotlivců. Dále jejich zaměření, funkčnost a konflikty. Rozebereme pozice jednotlivců ve skupinách a týmech, vedoucí pozic, vztahy mezi jednotlivci a jejich motivaci.
