Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaký mají vliv zaměstnanecké benefity na motivaci zaměstnanců k vyšším pracovním výkonům. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny teorie motivace a jejich využití k dosažení lepších pracovních výkonů zaměstnanců. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how much the employee benefits influence the motivation of the workers. In the theoretical part of the thesis are explained the theories of motivations and how they are used to improve the performance of the employee.
