Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou DNA sekvencí a jejím cílem je zjistit, zda místa sestřihu zaujímají přenucleosomes, splice sites, splice junctions, positioning, genomic sequences, DNA, signal detectionnostně určitou polohu vůči nukleozomu.Abstract:
This thesis deals with genomic sequence analysis. The aim of this work was to find out whether the splice junctions prefer certain distance relative to nucleosomes. Such a preference was detected and described and meaning of such a phenomenon was discussed.
