Podnikatelský plán pro Start-Up

Abstract:
Práce srovnává metody pro rozvoj podnikatelské myšlenky ve fungující Start-Up. V teoretické části vysvětluje rozdíl mezi klasickým podnikatelským plánem a použitím metody Lean Startup. V prakticé části práce byl vytvořen podnikatelský model a strohý podnikatelský plán pro Start-Up ParkingOwl, který se zabývá detekcí obsazenosti parkovacích ploch pomocí kamer.
Abstract:
The thesis compares the classical business plan approach and the Lean Start-Up method as frameworks for development of an business idea into a Start-Up. The practical part of this thesis deals with an actual business model and a short business plan for a Start-Up company named ParkingOwl, which provides parking systems for detection of vacant parking spots using cameras.
