Cílem mé diplomové práce je optimalizovat dopad daňových zákonů na účetnictví firmy Sponka. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní poznatky týkající se účetnictví a daňové problematiky. V praktické části je nejprve provedena charakteristika firmy Sponka a analýza hlavních rozdílů mezi účetními a daňovými postupy u vybraných oblastí ve firmě. The aim of my graduation thesis is to optimize the impact of tax laws on accounting of the Sponka company. The theoretical part presents the fundamental knowledge of accounting and tax issues.
