Foster care education

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku vzdělávání pěstounů. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je po popsat konkrétní formy vzdělávání pěstounů a jejich názory na tuto oblast. Struktura práce zahrnuje jak teoretickou, tak praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části práce je seznámení se se současným stavem řešené problematiky, která se týká pěstounské péče, a to na základě poznatků z odborných zdrojů. Hlavním cílem praktické části práce je zjistit názor pěstounů na možnosti vzdělávání pro oblast pěstounské péče v České republice. Pro výzkumné šetření jsem si zvolila metodu kvalitativního výzkumu, kterou je dotazování a nástrojem pro sběr dat byla realizace polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se třemi informanty. Zjištěné výsledky byly zpracovány podle pravidel pro kvalitativní výzkum.

Abstract:

The submitted bachelor thesis examines the issue of foster parent education. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to describe specific forms of foster parent education and their opinions on this area. The structure of the thesis includes both theoretical and practical parts. The aim of the theoretical part is to familiarize oneself with the current state of the issue being addressed, which concerns foster care, based on findings from expert sources. The main goal of the practical part is to ascertain foster parents opinions on educational oppurtunities for foster care in the Czech Republic. For the research investigation, I chose the method of qualitive research, which involves questioning, and the tool for data collection was the implementation of a semi-structured interview with three informants. The findings were processed according to the rules for qualitive analysis.
