Obsahem bakalářské práce jsou různé druhy pobídek v nájemních vztazích, které mohou při uzavírání nájemních smluv vznikat mezi pronajímatelem a nájemcem.

The content of the bachelor's thesis is various types of incentives in rental relationships that can arise between the lessor and the lessee when concluding lease agreements.
