Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu v maloobchodním prodeji, především v textilním diskontu, na Olomoucku. Literární rešerše obsahuje základní pojmy, znaky, cíle, důsledky a obranu proti mobbingu. V analytické části je použito dotazníkové šetření ke zjištění výskytu mobbingu v maloobchodním prodeji. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals about problematics of mobbing in retail sales, primarily in textile discount, in the Olomouc region. The literary research contains basic concepts, characters, targets, consequences and defense against mobbing.
