Práce se zabývá principem formální publicity katastru nemovitostí. Hlavním cílem práce je přiblížit, jak se tento princip vyvíjel a představit jeho projevy v současné platné právní úpravě. The work deals with the formal principle of publicity of Land Register. The main objective is to show how this principle is developed and its present manifestations in the currently valid legislation. First is defined the concept, function and content of Land Register.
