Josef Tošovský's Government Formation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vládou Josefa Tošovského, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována procesu sestavování této vlády. Snahou práce je odpovědět na výzkumné otázky, zda Josef Tošovský vykazoval při sestavování vlády značnou mírou nezávislosti a jaký vliv měly při sestavování této vlády politické strany. První část práce se věnuje úřednickým vládám z komparativního a teoretického hlediska. Ve druhé části je uveden přehled úřednických vlád v českých zemích a třetí část pojednává přímo o vládě Josefa Tošovského.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the government of Josef Tošovský and the main attention is paid to the process of the government formation. The goal of the thesis is to answer research questions whether Josef Tošovský showed a high degree of independence in the government formation and what influence political parties had in this government formation. The first part of the thesis deals with caretaker governments from the comparative and theoretical points of view. The second part brings an overview of caretaker governments in the Czech Republic and the third part deals with Josef Tošovský´s government.
