Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porozumět a stručně popsat standard H.265, implementovat tento kompresní mechanismus pomocí knihoven x265 a ffmpeg do programu UltraGrid a změřit výkon enkodéru.
Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to understand and describe the H.265 standard, implement its compress mechanism using libraries x265 and ffmpeg into the UltraGrid and measure the performance of this encoder.
