Hodnotenie je dôležitou súčasťou riadenia ľudských zdrojov v organizácii. Dáva nám odpoveď na to, či zamestnanci pracujú efektívne, aké sú ich výkony a na čo je potrebné sa zamerať v súvislosti s výsledkami hodnotenia.
