Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analogiemi mezi abstraktní malbou Vasilije Kandinského a atonální hudbou Arnolda Schönberga, a to v období přechodu od figurativního/tonálního k abstraktnímu/atonálnímu. Nejdříve se krátce zabývám vymezením pojmů „abstrakce“ a „atonalita“, poté se v jednotlivých kapitolách zaměřuji na Kandinského a Schönberga a pak následuje srovnávací část. This thesis deals with the analogy between abstract painting of Wassily Kandinsky and atonal music of Arnold Schoenberg, concretely in the period of turning from figurative/tonal to abstract/atonal. First, I shortly write about the terms “abstraction” and “atonality”, and then in separate chapters I deal with Kandinsky and Schoenberg and lastly, the comparing follows.
