Study of UV Radiation Effects on the Cosmetic Products Degradation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením stability organických UV filtrů, jež jsou obsaženy v komerčních opalovacích přípravcích vůči expozici UV zářením. Fotodegradace vybraných vzorků byla realizována prostřednictvím solární komory Suntest CPS+ s následným porovnáváním změn v transmitanci na spektrofotometru Cary 100 Win.
Abstract:
The thesis dealt with the measurement the stability of organic UV filters, which are contained in the commercial sunscreens against exposure to UV radiation. Photodegradation of the selected samples was carried out with the solar chamber Suntest CPS+, which was followed by the measurement of changes in transmittance by spectrophotometer Cary 100 Win.
