The importance of building a feedback culture within the company

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je poukázat na význam budování zpětné vazby uvnitř úspěšné společnosti a důležitost jejího zakotvení ve firemní kultuře. Tato práce se věnuje způsobu poskytovaní zpětné vazby na příkladu firem, které si svůj úspěch staví mimo jiné i na základě důrazu na vytváření takové firemní kultury, ve které je zpětná vazba pevně zakotvená. První část se věnuje vymezení pojmu zpětná vazba a firemní kultura ve všeobecném kontextu a soustředí se také na pojetí těchto pojmu jak v české, tak i zahraniční literatuře. Druhá část, praktická se zaměřuje na analýzy a rešerše dostupných zdrojů, a to jak z veřejně dostupných informací týkající se firemní kultury vybraných nadnárodních společností, tak z provedených polostrukturovaných rozhovorů v menších lokálních firmách, které byly vybrány z hlediska doplnění možného kritického pohledu na zkoumanou problematiku.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to highlight the importance of building feedback within a successful company and the importance of its embedding in the company culture. This work focuses on the way in which feedback is provided on the example of companies that build their success, among other things, on the basis of the emphasis on creating a corporate culture in which feedback is firmly embedded. The first part deals with the definition of feedback and corporate culture in a general context and also focuses on the concept of these concepts in both Czech and foreign literature. The second part, practical, focuses on the analysis and research of available resources, both from publicly available information concerning the corporate culture of selected multinational companies and from the conducted half-structured interviews in smaller local companies, which were selected in terms of complementing the possible critical view of the examined issues.
