Diplomová práce se zabývá reálným zavedením franchisy franchisorem do konkrétní spo-lečnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou část věno-vanou především výhodám a nevýhodám plynoucím z franchisingu, jež jsou základem pro rozhodování a praktické uplatnění této formy podnikání. The diploma work is engaged in implementation of the franchise by franchisor in a particu-lar company. The work is devided in two sections. The first one focuses on theoretical part dedicated to both advantages and disadvantages implicit in franchising. These are the base for decisions and practical use of this kind of business.
