Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření s komunálním majetkem. Teoretická část specifikuje obecnou charakteristiku majetku s popisem orgánů obce, které jsou oprávněné hospodařit s majetkem. Dále popisuje zásady vyplývající z legislativy při hospodaření s majetkem. This diploma thesis explores the issue of municipal property management. Theoretical part is focused on specifying general characteristics of the municipal property with a description of the municipal departments and authorities which are legaly entitled to manage the property.
