Sheltering of the Population

Abstract:

Tato práce nazvaná Ukrytí obyvatelstva se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a právní rámec týkající se řešené problematiky. Dále je práce zaměřená na základní rozdělení úkrytů, stručný historický kontext a současný stav řešené problematiky v rámci České republiky a vybraných zemí světa. Závěrečná část se blíže věnuje specifické části řešené problematiky, kterou představují improvizované úkryty. Druhá, praktická část diplomové práce, přibližuje současný stav úkrytového fondu Uherského Hradiště. Dále jsou zvoleny typové objekty ve vlastnictví města, vhodné k tvorbě improvizovaných úkrytů. Následuje proces sběru a zaznamenání dat o současném stavu 23 zvolených objektů a jejich vložení do databáze Modulu Ukrytí obyvatelstva. V neposlední řadě je proces rozšíření databáze Modulu představen na modelovém příkladu. Závěr tvoří zhodnocení získaných výsledků a vytyčených cílů, společně s předloženými návrhy řešení možných omezení práce.

Abstract:

This thesis, called ''Sheltering of the Population'', consists of two parts. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and legislation related to the main issue. It is also focused on the classification of shelters, historical background and current situation within the Czech Republic and other selected countries. The end of this teoretical part deals with a specific part of the issue, which are improvised shelters. The second practical part of diploma thesis presents the current state of the shelter fund of Uherské Hradiště. Furthermore, there are selected typical objects owned by the town, that are suitable for the creation of improvised shelters. This is followed by the process of collecting and recording data on the current state of the all 23 objects and entering them into the Module database. Last but not least, the process of extending the Module database is presented on a model example. The conclusion is an evaluation of results obtained and set objectives together with the presented suggestions for solutions to possible limitations of the work.
