Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo riešiť problematiku pracovnej doby u zamestnancov v spoločnosti Fin Consulting a.s. Poukazovať na výhody a nevýhody pracovnej doby. Po spracovaní teoretických poznatkov sme skúmali vplyv pracovnej doby na výkonnosť pracovníkov.
