The Bachelor's Dissertation deals with the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on restaurants registered in the Michelin Guide. The work aimed to identify what specific changes had occurred in the operation system of Czech restaurants affected by COVID-19. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vplyvu pandémie COVID-19 na prevádzku českých reštaurácií ocenených Michelin Guide. Cieľom práce je identifikovanie zmien v spôsobe prevádzkovania českých reštaurácií zapríčinených vplyvom ochorenia COVID-19.
