Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu trestných činů páchaných na seniorech. Známým trendem je neustále stárnoucí populace, což nutně vede k většímu zaměření na seniory. Senioři jsou sortou obyvatel, kteří se poměrně často stávají oběťmi trestných činů. Autor v práci analyzuje nejčastější trestné činy páchané na seniorech v Ostravě. Cílem práce je navrhnout cílené preventivní opatření zaměřené na různé skupiny seniorů. Tyto preventivní opatření se věnují zejména nejčastěji páchaným trestným činům, které jsou páchané na seniorech se zaměřením na specifické charakteristiky seniorů. Preventivní opatření mohou významným způsobem eliminovat trestné činy páchané na seniorech.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the current topic of crimes committed on seniors. A well-known trend is steadily aging population, which inevitably leads to greater focus on seniors. Seniors are sort of residents who quite often become victims of crime. The author analyzes in the work of the most common crimes committed on seniors in Ostrava. The aim of thesis is to suggest targeted preventive measures targeted at different groups of seniors. These preventive measures pursue mainly the most commonly committed crimes that are committed on seniors, focusing on the specific characteristics of the seniors. Preventive measures can significantly eliminate crimes committed on seniors.
