Cílem diplomové práce je analýza jazykového režimu nově přijaté úpravy unijního patentového systému. V první části práce je analyzován jazykový režim Evropské unie a jeho praktické uchopení v rámci činnosti Evropské unie. The aim of this thesis is a language-regime analysis of a new community-patent system legislation. The first part of the thesis focuses on analysis of the language regime of European Union and its practical understanding.
