V této diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na téma Airbnb v české legislativě. Popsal jsem tuto problematiku z právního i sociálního hlediska. Popsal jsem témata s problematikou Airbnb spojenými, tedy nejprve právní úpravu nájmu. Poté jsem se zaměřil na úpravu nájmu bytu či domu. Abstract:
In this diploma thesis I focused on the topic of Airbnb in Czech legislation. I have described this issue from a legal and social point of view. I described the topics related to the Airbnb issue, ie first the legal regulation of the lease. Then I focused on adjusting the rent of an apartment or house.
