Abstract:
Cílem práce je především podrobné vymezení pojmu úpadek obchodní korporace pro předlužení ve smyslu insolvenčního zákona a následný výběr a aplikace několika bankrotních modelů za účelem přesnějšího stanovení momentu úpadku pro předlužení.
Abstract:
The aim is above all the detailed definition of the term bankruptcy of business corporations for over-indebtedness in terms of the Insolvency Act and the subsequent selection and application of several bankruptcy models to determine the precise moment of decay for over-indebtedness.
